For everything we want out of life,The right Kinds of foods, in the appropriate quantities, are essential elements. The right kind of nutrition keeps our bodies running efficiently.
From Brain function to Bone structure. From Organ function to our muscles, All are important parts of the body which with one missing part, the body could be thrown totally out of whack. They all need particular kinds of nutrients.
Beware of eliminating too much from our nutritional consumption. It’s just a matter of knowing how much of each nutrient we need to keep our bodies running smoothly. A lot of times people get caught up in numbers and loose sight of how much nutrients are needed to keep the body Healthy.
So my message is this, Keep your bodies running at an optimum level by Fueling the body with whatever essentials it might need.

Had a pretty awesome work out with my trainer today. Pretty stoked that I was able to work out twice today, been awhile since I’ve been able to do that. Mainly because I have been sick for the past month and a half. Yay! for being able to do my full routine again!
Wewt! Started my new job today, I think it went pretty damn well!
